Welcome to ProxyElite. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

ProxyElite provides proxy network services including residential, datacenter, mobile, and ISP proxies. Our services allow users to route internet traffic through our network of proxy servers for legitimate business purposes.

2. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one account without prior approval

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use our services for:

  • Any illegal activities or to facilitate illegal activities
  • Sending spam, phishing emails, or distributing malware
  • Accessing systems or networks without authorization
  • Distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks
  • Copyright infringement or intellectual property violations
  • Harassment, threats, or activities that violate others' rights
  • Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination without refund.

4. Bandwidth Sharing Program

For participants in our Bandwidth Sharing Program:

  • Participation is entirely voluntary and requires explicit opt-in consent
  • You may opt out at any time without penalty
  • Compensation for bandwidth sharing is detailed in the program dashboard
  • We reserve the right to modify compensation rates with 30 days notice
  • You represent that sharing bandwidth does not violate your ISP's terms of service

5. Payment & Billing

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified
  • Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled
  • Unused bandwidth may roll over based on your plan type
  • Refunds are available within 3 days of purchase if less than 10% of bandwidth is used

6. Service Level Agreement

  • We target 99.9% uptime for our proxy infrastructure
  • Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance
  • Service credits may be issued for downtime exceeding our SLA

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not log, monitor, or store the content of traffic passing through our proxy network.

8. Limitation of Liability

ProxyElite provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 12 months.
